Regulations

  1. The B2B platform available at https://platforma.4baby.pl - hereinafter referred to as the “B2B system” is operated by: 4Baby Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Lublin, ul. Kasprowicza 72, 20-232 Lublin, NIP: 9462525954, REGON: 060263112, KRS: 0000286893, e-mail: info@4baby.pl, contact phone: +48 81 746 15 80 hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”.

  2. The Seller, within the B2B online system, does not conduct consumer sales. The buyer may only be a natural person conducting business activity, a legal entity, or an organizational unit without legal personality, hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”.

  3. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day throughout the year, except during maintenance breaks.

  4. The contract is concluded at the moment the order is accepted for processing by the Seller, which the Seller informs the Customer of within 48 hours of placing the order.

  5. Orders are processed only on business days in the order in which they are placed. Order processing may also take place within a timeframe individually agreed upon between the Seller and the Customer.

  6. Order processing may be conditional upon the payment of the full or partial value of the order, obtaining a trade credit limit of at least the order value, or the Seller’s approval of shipping the order as cash on delivery (payable upon receipt).

  7. Placing an order in the B2B online system does not mean it is accepted for processing. The order may be completed in whole or in part depending on the availability of goods in stock.

  8. VAT invoices are issued for all goods ordered via the B2B online system.

  9. All prices provided by the Seller are wholesale net prices including additional discounts granted to the Customer. The prices of goods do not include delivery costs.

  10. The collection or delivery of the purchased goods along with the sales documents can be carried out in several ways:

    1. The Customer can collect the goods personally at the Seller’s office during business hours.

    2. Shipment by the Seller’s transport based on separate arrangements.

    3. Shipment via 4Baby courier to the address provided by the Customer.

  11. Before accepting the courier shipment, the Customer should check whether the package has been damaged during transport. In such a case, the Customer should not accept the package and, in the presence of the courier, prepare a damage report and immediately contact the Seller.

  12. All goods purchased from the Seller are brand new and covered by a warranty for hidden defects. Complaints in this regard will be considered based on the provisions of the Civil Code. The basis for complaints is proof of purchase and a warranty card in the case of items covered by the manufacturer's warranty. If you discover a hidden defect or damage to the goods, please contact us immediately to determine the further course of action.

  13. The Seller undertakes to protect personal data in accordance with applicable data protection regulations, including the provisions of the EU Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons concerning the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation). A Customer who is a natural person conducting business activity, by providing their personal data to the Seller when placing an order, consents to their processing by the Seller to fulfill the order placed. The Customer has the right at any time to access, correct, update, and delete their personal data. Detailed rules for the processing of Customers' personal data are set out in the "Privacy Policy" available at https://platforma.4baby.pl/......

  14. The Customer has the option to voluntarily use the information service within the Newsletter by sending such a request to marketing@4baby.pl. The Customer may unsubscribe from the Newsletter service at any time by submitting a resignation via email or changing the settings in their account.

  15. Registered Customers will be notified about changes to the regulations and their scope by electronic means (to the email address provided during registration or ordering) or through information contained within the B2B system.

  16. The current version of the regulations is always available to the Customer at: https://platforma.4baby.pl. During the order processing and throughout the entire after-sales support period, the regulations accepted by the Customer when placing the order apply.

  17. The use of third-party software affecting the operation and functionalities of browsers: Internet Explorer, Firefox, Opera, Chrome, Safari may impact the proper functioning of the system. Therefore, to obtain the full functionality of the B2B online system, such software should be disabled.

  18. In matters not regulated by these regulations, the applicable legal provisions shall apply. Disputes shall be resolved by a court of competent local and material jurisdiction.
